Greendale Village
Greendale Village is a planned 33-unit Active Adult
Community sprawled over twenty acres of rural land. It is conveniently
located with 1 ½ miles of Interstate 91. It is 10 minutes south of
Springfield, Massachusetts and 20 minutes north of Hartford,
Connecticut. To allow for a very private and secluded setting, the
development is set back 500 feet from the road. A meandering road is
dotted with single, detached units lining the street. After crossing an
open stretch, the road branches into a circular boulevard, creating a
Village Green on which a gazebo is placed. The green provides an
element of open space that enhances the development with spaciousness
for passive recreational activities. At the end of the boulevard a path
leads to further open space of tranquil and pastoral countryside.
Greendale Village offers three style models, all
single, detached dwellings. All models offer two-car attached garages.
The open floor plans contain a first floor master bedroom suite, eat-in

sunroom and an optional three-season porch or deck. A second bedroom,
also located on the first floor, is offered in two out of the three
models. A second level is available to allow for guest accommodations,

constructed with such amenities as 9’ ceilings, central air, gas heat,
generous windows, tile and hardwood flooring, first floor laundry area,
and full basements.
Greendale Village is a common interest ownership
community with low monthly fees. Landscaping and road maintenance will
be provided by the community association. With beautifully landscaped
